Fitted to the alternator this internal regulator is compatible with units that have only two connecting wires, plus earth, and fits all Beetles and 1600cc T2s from 1974 onwards. The part is also used with alternator conversion kits. This important component regulates the charging voltage produced by your vehicle’s alternator – maintaining it between 13.5v and 14.5v in order to run efficiently and to protect the electrical system. Too much voltage and costly damage could result with parts burned out; too little, and performance is weakened.

Pallet Delivery Required

Items marked as above will require us to calculate a shipping price as they need to be shipped on a pallet. Dependent on where these are to be shipped to will effect the shipping price. Therefore we will create a quotation and send you a quote once we have a shipping price for the pallet.

Shipping to Europe

Since the UK has now left Europe,any orders placed from outside of the Uk a quote will be created, We will then email you back with the quote inc the shipping cost.

You will not be charged UK VAT on your order if you are outside of the UK – But local VAT & import duties/fees will be charged based on the country you ship to.

These will be due once your goods arrive in your country.
