No you can checkout as a guest and all we ask for is billing and delivery details and a contact number and email address for order tracking information.
No sorry, if the item is not in stock you will not be able to purchase. But if you select the ‘Notify Me’ option and enter your email address we will email you as soon as the item comes back onto stock.

credit_card Payments

Once you have the items you require in your shopping basket, you can proceed to the checkout where we offer several different payment methods.
If you are in the UK we will charge you VAT at the current rate. If you are outside the UK we will not charge VAT. But you will be charged import duties and taxes at the rates set by your county. We have no control over this nor do we know what the current rates will be at time of payment.
You simply will be asked for the card number, name on the card, expiry month and year along with the three digit security code on the back of the card.
Yes we use all the latest technology to secure your card information. We DO NOT store any card data and have no access to this information during and after your purchase on our web site.
This will be a password set up with your card provider. Not all cards use 3D Secure but if you card does you will be asked for it at the payment stage by our payment gateway provider.
You will need to contact your card provider to obtain or reset your 3D Secure password.
Yes you can make a bank transfer but this will need to be agreed with us in advance so we can provide you with our bank details.

You will be asked to get a shipping quote if you do not live in mainland UK, or the parts are larger than our standard shippers can take and may need to be shipped on a pallet. We aim to give you the best shipping price so we will pick and pack the order to get the exact dimensions so we can get the exact shipping price to send toy you. We aim to get the quotes over via email within 24 hours of you placing the quote. We will supply you with various shipping options and prices.

Once you receive you quote via email, you must log back into the quotes section in My Account. There you can view the quote and the shipping options. Once you have made the selection of what shipping option you wish to use and accept that the quote will be converted into an invoice which will then allow you to pay for your order online.

My Account area allows you to manage lots of features of your account. You can update your personal information, change your billing and delivery address, view and pay for orders, view and accept quotations, see your purchase history, manage returns, refunds and credit notes as well as manage any wish lists you have created.
Please contact us and we can manage this for you.
Once you order has been placed you will receive an email with all the confirmation details. You can also view the status of your order with the order section of My Account.

card_giftcard Gift Voucher

When you are at the checkout part of the web site you will be presented with a gift voucher code box. Simply enter the gift voucher code and apply. If valid the amount will be deducted from your order value. But you may only use a gift voucher of the value of the gift voucher is greater than your order value.
No our gift vouchers do not expire.
Gift Vouchers can only be used for online orders or collect from Unit.
The limit is 10 gift vouchers per order.
Gift vouchers are available on our web site in many places, or just search gift voucher. We sell them in the following formats: £10, £25, £50 and £100.

help Order Status

If you log into the ‘My Account’ area you will then be able to go to the ‘Orders’ section and view the current progress of your order once you view the details of a selected order.
Processing – We have your order.
Awaiting Payment – We have your order but currently its unpaid.
Pick & Pack – Your order has been paid for and currently picking picked and packed for collection by our shippers
Shipped – As it suggests you order has been shipped and on its way to you.
You can cancel your order at any time, simply email us and we can sort it out for you depending on what stage the order is at.

If you look at the bottom of the web site, we have a page dedicated to shipping information.
All UK order we aim to deliver on a next day service if the order is placed before 3pm. We do not deliver on weekends so any orders placed Friday will be delivered Monday. International orders the delivery time depends on your location and which courier and service you chose. 
Yes, we ship worldwide.

We offer a very simple returns procedure - Follow these steps:

  1. Visit https://www.customandcommercial.com/
  2. Log into your account.
  3. View your previous invoices.
  4. Find the invoice that contains the parts you wish to return.
  5. You will either be given the option of a refund or a credit note based on the time frame of your order.
  6. Select the option and you will be given the option to select:
    - Which items you wish to return.
    - The quantity of the items you are returning.
    - The reason for the return.
  7. You can then preview the return to make sure you have selected all the correct parts.
  8. Once happy you have completed the return request correctly you can submit your return.
  9. At this point you will be shown a ‘Returns Number’ – This MUST be used when returning your parts to us so we can process your return swiftly.
  10. Now package up your items and ship then back to us at Unit 32, Bookham Industrial Estate, Church Road, Great Bookham, Surrey, KT23 3EU. we recommend using a tracked service and get a receipt of your postage.

Once we receive your items and they meet our returns policy you will be issued with either your credit note or refund.

In order to receive a refund you have 14 days from the date it was shipped to raise a return on the web site and then a further 14 days to get the parts back to us.

This will be because you didn’t don’t raise the return 14 days from the date it was shipped. Then a further 14 days to get the parts back to us. After this time up to 90 days you will only be able to receive a credit note.

We will only refund your return postage if the reason for the return is was our fault in that we sent the wrong part or the part was damaged in transit.
